1. What is the Aaroha AI Coach inside Academy?
The Aaroha AI Coach is an in-app coaching companion for reflection, insight, and action on leadership, personal growth, and workplace challenges.
It combines Aaroha coaching principles with AI-guided dialogue inside the Academy experience, so learning, reflection, and coach continuity live in one place.
2. Is my conversation with the AI Coach confidential?
Coach conversations are private within Aaroha Academy, but they are not anonymous and should not be treated as privileged communication.
Your messages are stored in Academy so you can revisit them. Access is restricted only to you. Only aggregate completion results are shared with administrators of your organization. Raw transcription data is not shared with your organization.
3. Who can access my coaching conversations?
Full transcript of your chats and modules are accessible only to you. Authorized administrators in your organization get completion and aggregate data and not individual chat transcripts. Even within Aaroha the data access is restricted and used only for the purpose of administration, support, platform safety, or troubleshooting.
4. What data does the Academy Coach store?
The Academy stores coach conversation history, session titles, timestamps, selected model, and saved coach memory used for continuity.
If you upload images, those files are stored in protected Academy cloud storage for the related coaching flow.
If you use dictation, the audio clip is sent for transcription. The audio is not kept as chat history, and the transcript is only part of the conversation if you choose to send it.
5. Which systems and providers process coach data?
Aaroha Academy routes coach requests through its own application backend and cloud infrastructure.
To generate coaching responses and transcripts, relevant content may be processed by approved third-party AI and infrastructure providers configured by Aaroha.
6. Will my information be sold or used for advertising?
No. Aaroha does not sell, rent, or trade Academy or coach data, and it is not used for advertising.
7. Is my data secure?
Aaroha Academy uses authenticated accounts, secure cloud storage, and role-based access controls to protect learner and coach data.
Do avoid sharing passwords, bank details, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data in coach chat.
8. Can I export or delete my coach data?
Yes. From the Coach Privacy menu, you can export saved coach conversations and delete saved coach conversation history and coach memory.
9. Can I use the Academy Coach anonymously?
No. Aaroha Academy requires an authenticated account because coaching and learning progress are tied to your workspace and tenant.
You can still choose not to include unnecessary personal details in what you write.
10. Can my chats become public on the internet?
Aaroha Academy does not publish your chats publicly by default.
Content can become public only if you copy, export, or share it outside the platform.
11. What is a successful coaching outcome?
In the AARR approach, success is a shift in how you see yourself and your situation, followed by a more intentional response.
That usually means moving through Awareness, Acceptance, Reframe, and Response. Even one clearer pause, better choice, or more values-aligned action can be a meaningful outcome.
12. Does the AI Coach replace a human coach?
No. The AI Coach is a guided reflection tool. It can ask questions, structure thinking, and help you prepare for action, but it does not replace personalized human coaching.
13. How accurate are the Coach insights?
The Coach is designed to be thoughtful and useful, not infallible. It can surface patterns, perspectives, and prompts, but you should still use judgment.
For sensitive, high-stakes, or emotionally complex situations, a human coach or relevant professional is the better path.
14. How is Academy Coach different from live coaching?
Academy Coach is self-paced, always available, and useful for structured reflection between sessions or in the moment.
Live coaching adds human nuance, deeper emotional sensing, and real-time facilitation that AI cannot fully replicate.
15. Can the AI lose context or make mistakes?
Yes. Like any AI system, it can occasionally miss nuance, overgeneralize, or lose context in longer conversations.
When the topic shifts, start a fresh thread. When the insight matters, ask the coach to summarize what it heard so you can validate the direction.
16. If I want to continue with live coaching, what should I do?
If you already work with an Aaroha coach, bring the topic or summary from this session into your next conversation.
