Aaroha, a humanistic leadership consulting firm, was officially launched today with the aim of transforming how Indian businesses approach leadership and organizational growth. Drawing from the depth of Indian philosophy, Aaroha offers leadership frameworks designed to build cultures rooted in adaptability, purpose, and collective strength.

The Hyderabad-based firm is founded by three industry veterans—Kalpana Sinha, former Director of People and Organisation Capability at Microsoft and Director at YSC Consulting (Accenture); Haritha Kandalla, an executive coach with over two decades of experience, including a decade at Microsoft Global Delivery; and Ketaki Kadekar, former Head of Insights India and Customer Success Director at UpGrad, and co-founder of The Leadership Project. Together, they bring over 70 years of combined experience in coaching, organizational development, and leadership transformation.
