At the beginning, we will use the Aaroha Index to build a foundational understanding of your current leadership impact. Aaroha Index is a self-reflection based index that allows you to see where you stand on a continuum of personal growth.
Our Process is to work at three levels – Self, Teams and Organisations, based on your need. The three journeys we have designed are
The Aaroha Leader, Aaroha Teams, and Aaroha Organisation.
Aaroha Leader is built on the ancient text of Drg Drishya Viveka and the tenet of Svadharma.
Aaroha Leader is a coaching and/or a facilitation process. The coaching process will be 6 sessions of 90 minutes each with a qualified executive coach. We also build customised learning journeys which are a combination of workshops, individual and peer coaching.
Aaroha Teams is built on the Indian Philosophy tenets of the Panchabhutas, Sruti, Smriti and the Brahmaviharas.
Aaroha teams is a one and a half day workshop followed by 6 month peer coaching sessions and two team check-in sessions.
Aaroha Organisation is built on the tenets of Indian Philosophy- Rajarishi, Lokasamgraha, and Organisational Svadharma.
The Aaroha organisation process is a structured approach to improving organisational effectiveness, adaptability, and health through planned interventions and continuous learning. This includes interviews, workshops, small group interactions and peer coaching.
